Making complex data digestible
Hospitality managers need to monitor calls, reservations, and performance metrics. The challenge was to design dashboards that translate large volumes of data into clear, actionable insights without overwhelming users.
Designing for non-technical users
Many hotel and restaurant staff aren’t tech-savvy. The portal had to be intuitive, simple to learn, and usable with minimal training.
Handling edge cases in reservations
From special requests to last-minute changes, the system had to account for complex scenarios without breaking user trust.
Integration with existing systems
Clients already use PMS and booking tools. The challenge was to design a seamless experience that integrates with external systems, avoiding duplicate work or confusion.

Dashboards that translate call interactions into clear, actionable insights that empower hospitality teams to quickly identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and make informed decisions.
User-friendly interface
Used simple navigation and plain language labels to make the platform intuitive and usable with minimal training for hospitality staff.
Seamless handling of edge cases
We designed flexible input fields, guided workflows, and fallback options that allow staff to quickly add or adjust details when an edge case occurs. The portal also surfaces AI-flagged anomalies (e.g., double bookings, special dietary needs, overcapacity alerts) so managers can review and resolve them with minimal friction.
Integrating with existing systems
Created seamless integration flows with PMS and booking platforms, using standardized data inputs and connectors, so staff avoid duplicate work and maintain one source of truth.
